As a Front-End Developer at Just Play Sports Solutions, I spearheaded the integration of soccer data into their product. This included designing and implementing a robust data pipeline that seamlessly gathered data from APIs and web scrapers, stored it in databases, and transformed it into actionable insights. I also developed dynamic reports and visualizations to enhance user experience and deliver meaningful data-driven insights on the platform
KU Women Soccer
At KUWS, I empowered coaches to enhance their data literacy by developing internal tools to extract valuable insights from training data. I also leveraged HUDL's suite of tools and services, including HUDL Insight and Sportscode, to analyze performance metrics and provide actionable insights that supported strategic decision-making.
Nashville Soccer
At Nashville Soccer Club, I developed machine learning models to evaluate teams, players, and rosters, delivering data-driven insights for strategic decisions. I engineered tracking and event data algorithms to analyze tactical moments like line-breaking passes and one-pass situations. Additionally, I created pitch control models to assess team dynamics, possession strategies, and ball control, supporting impactful scouting and decision-making.
VX SPORTS
Designed and developed an interactive GPS data visualization dashboard using React.js, enabling real-time insights into athlete performance metrics like speed, distance, and heatmaps for coaches and analysts. Built RESTful APIs to efficiently retrieve data from .NET-based GPS files, ensuring seamless backend-to-frontend data flow. Engineered a robust data pipeline integrating geolocation, heart rate, and activity metrics, delivering a comprehensive view of player workload and recovery to support performance optimization.
